Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

How will my item be shipped and what will the shipping cost be? 

Orders generally ship within 5 -7 business days. We do not currently ship orders after 3pm PST on Fridays and on weekends and major holidays. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know in the comments box or by contacting us via our contact page and we will do everything we can to make it happen. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS and transit times are determined by the carrier. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free delivery to local customers, if this is available based on your address you will be notified at checkout. For local deliveries that do not need to be shipped we will use minimal packaging to reduce our carbon footprint. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide and shipping for international orders is determined by destination location. When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred due to customs and unfortunately we can't control how long the customs process will take.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders from within the US will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your items have shipped.

Can I send something as a gift?  

Absolutely! You can send your gift directly to the recipient. At checkout there is a tick box to notify us that the item is a gift. Simply add your gift note and we will gift wrap for you and include a handwritten gift note in your package. 


RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase from Noma. But we know... returns happen.

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items, discounted merchandise, and items purchased with a coupon code as well as special orders, are final sales and therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

If you wish to make a return please email us at info@nomacollective.com and we will provide you with return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package for the total cost of the goods. Noma Collective is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

Please note: All shipping fees, in their entirety, are non-refundable. We will not process exchanges or returns if the items received do not meet our policy requirements. All made to order products are final sales.
